Our Signature classes are open to all fitness levels. As long as you are injury free you are welcome to attend. These challenging classes are meant to fatigue your muscles and focus on larger movements that involve higher reps and cardio than our traditional Pilates Classes. So expect to “feel a burn” and to be sore.

Please note:
There are no make-up classes, credits or refunds for missed Trial classes. Signature classes are not rehabilitative, you are welcome to join if you are free from pain and injury.

Classes fill very quickly. There are only 8-12 people per class for.  To avoid disappointment please register early.
All classes subject to HST.  Studio closed on long weekends.

What To Expect

Welcome to Signature Classes
Our Signature classes cater to all fitness levels. As long as you are injury-free, you’re welcome to join these challenging sessions designed to fatigue your muscles with larger movements, higher reps, and more cardio than our traditional Pilates Classes. Expect to “feel the burn” and experience some soreness as we work muscles in new, impactful ways.

What to Expect
Signature classes are inspired by our unique fitness philosophy, emphasizing active stretching and resistance training. Each session incorporates thoughtful choreography designed to work the entire body, maintaining a balance between stretching and strengthening. These are visually cued classes with consistent programming, allowing you to adapt quickly. After a trial class, you’ll be well-equipped to assess how the exercises suit your body.

Getting Started
When you arrive, we’ll guide you through a brief information form and give you a tour of where your class will be held. Most attendees bring a water bottle and towel, as our workouts are designed to inspire sweat! While running shoes are welcome, we recommend working out in bare feet or socks for increased challenge.

Continuing After Your Trial
Following your trial, you’ll have the option to continue in the same time slot or explore other available classes. We aim to provide an enjoyable and adaptable fitness experience, encouraging you to continue if you find our studio and programming a good fit for your fitness journey.

Class Policies

Late Registration
Our Trial classes do not permit late registrations. However, we frequently offer trial sessions every 4 weeks, providing you ample opportunities to join in the future.

Missed Classes
We do not offer makeup classes for trial sessions. Participants in our regular programs have access to makeup classes.

Refunds
Cancellations for trial classes must be made at least 4 working days prior to the start date to receive a refund, minus a $50.00 administrative fee. Cancellations made after this deadline are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

Clothing and Accessories
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing such as T-shirts, long shorts, bike shorts, tights, or leggings. Clients should be barefoot or wear socks in class. Please avoid heavy perfumes, and ensure that cell phones and pagers are turned off and left outside the studio. Cameras and recording devices are not permitted.

Weather and Emergency Cancellations
In the event of inclement weather or other emergencies, a cancellation message will be posted on our main line at least two hours before class. If a trial class is canceled due to weather, a makeup session will be scheduled all makeup classes are virtual.

Holidays
The Studio observes all statutory holidays, and classes are not scheduled on these days unless otherwise announced.

Injuries and Physical Limitations
For the safety and effectiveness of your workout, please inform us of any past or current injuries or medical conditions. Full disclosure helps our trainers provide tailored and safe instruction. Failure to disclose may lead to removal from the class without a refund. If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, consult with us to discuss suitable training options beyond your second trimester.
